These Dispatcher Terms and Conditions ("Dispatcher Terms") govern the registration, approval, access to, and use of dispatcher services on the 4uprime website and mobile application (the "Platform"), owned and operated by 4U Supermarket ("4U Supermarket", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering as a dispatcher, submitting required documents, or accepting delivery requests on the Platform, you ("Dispatcher", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Dispatcher Terms and the Platform Terms and Conditions.
1.1. Dispatchers operate strictly as independent contractors. Nothing in these Dispatcher Terms shall be construed as creating any employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between the Dispatcher and 4U Supermarket.
1.2. Dispatchers acknowledge that they are not employees of 4U Supermarket and are not entitled to any employment benefits, protections, or statutory entitlements applicable to employees under Nigerian law.
1.3. Any references to onboarding review or probationary periods relate solely to platform quality assessment and compliance monitoring and shall not be interpreted as employment probation.
1.4. Dispatchers have no authority to represent, bind, or incur obligations on behalf of 4U Supermarket.
1.5. Nothing in these Dispatcher Terms creates exclusivity. Dispatchers are free to provide delivery services to other platforms or third parties at their discretion.
2.1. Only individual persons may register as Dispatchers. Corporate or proxy registrations are prohibited.

3.1. Dispatchers must upload accurate, valid, and current documents, including:

3.3. Dispatchers bear full responsibility for document authenticity. False or forged documents constitute material breach.
3.4. 4U Supermarket reserves the right to request physical inspection, re-verification, or third-party validation of any submitted documents at any time.
4.1. Approved delivery methods include bicycle, motorbike, car, and van.
4.2. Dispatchers are solely responsible for ensuring that delivery vehicles are:
4.3. Dispatchers must comply with all traffic, safety, and transport laws.
4.4. Any optional branding, identification, or accessories provided or permitted by the Platform do not create an employment or agency relationship.
5.1. Dispatchers may accept or reject delivery requests at their discretion.
5.2. Dispatchers may cancel accepted deliveries only in accordance with Platform rules and reasonable cause.
5.3. Dispatchers shall not subcontract or delegate deliveries to unapproved persons.
5.4. Repeated cancellations, failure to complete accepted deliveries, or consistently poor performance metrics may result in suspension or termination of Platform access.
5.5. Performance standards and operational rules may be updated by the Platform from time to time and reflected within the Platform interface.
6.1. Dispatchers are compensated per completed delivery at rates determined by the Platform.
6.2. Payments are made weekly, subject to reconciliation.

6.5. Delivery rates may vary based on distance, location, demand, promotions, or operational considerations and may be adjusted from time to time as reflected on the Platform.
6.6. Any dispute relating to payments must be raised within 7 days of the payment date, failing which such payment shall be deemed final and accepted.
7.1. Dispatchers assume all risks arising from delivery activities, including accidents, injury, death, loss, or damage.
7.2. Dispatchers are solely liable for:
7.3. Dispatchers waive any right to claim against 4U Supermarket arising from delivery activities, except where caused solely by the Platform's technical failure.
7.4. Dispatchers must maintain all legally required insurance. Insurance does not create liability on the part of 4U Supermarket.
7.5. The Dispatcher shall fully indemnify and hold harmless 4U Supermarket, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the Dispatcher's acts, omissions, or breach of these Dispatcher Terms.
7.6. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4U Supermarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Dispatcher activities.
8.1. Dispatchers may represent themselves only as authorised dispatchers, not employees.
8.2. Zero-tolerance offences include theft, fraud, assault, harassment, substance abuse, and data misuse.
8.3. Such offences may result in immediate termination and legal action.
9.1. Dispatchers shall not retain, store, or reuse Customer data.
9.2. Contacting Customers after delivery is prohibited.
9.3. Data misuse results in permanent ban and possible legal action.
9.4. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
9.5. Dispatchers acknowledge that all personal data is processed in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the Platform Privacy Policy.
9.6. All Customer and Platform data remain the exclusive property of 4U Supermarket. Dispatchers act solely as limited data processors with no independent rights over such data.
10.1. 4U Supermarket may suspend or terminate Dispatcher access immediately for breach, risk, or misconduct.
10.2. Supermarket may, but is not obligated to, investigate before termination.
10.3. Terminated Dispatchers may be permanently restricted from re-registration or future access to the Platform.
10.4. Pending earnings shall be settled after lawful deductions.
11.1. Platform records, GPS data, delivery logs, timestamps, and communications shall constitute conclusive evidence, except where manifestly erroneous.
11.2. Disputes shall be resolved based on the nature of the issue, including criminal referral where applicable.
11.3. Dispatchers must first submit disputes through the Platform's internal review process.
11.4. Where unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation before resorting to litigation.
11.5. Nothing in this clause limits 4U Supermarket's right to report criminal conduct to law enforcement authorities.
4U Supermarket shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, system outages, or government actions.
These Dispatcher Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Nigerian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14.1. 4U Supermarket may amend these Dispatcher Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the Platform or electronic notice.
14.2. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
14.3. Clauses relating to liability, indemnity, data protection, and confidentiality shall survive termination.
These Dispatcher Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Dispatcher and 4U Supermarket relating to dispatcher services on the Platform.
These Dispatcher Terms are to be read together with the Platform Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any operational guidelines issued by 4U Supermarket from time to time.
